~Hari yg sGt2 peNat~ =(

salam.. ermm update blog jap..hehe

actually aku baru je smpai bilik ni...

fuhhh..... penaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttt sgt taw...

ari ni satu ari aku tk balik bilik...

sebab aku ade quiz corporate governance kul 3.30 td..

so.. smlm mmg study gile2 laa sbb nk abihs kn chapter..

about 5.30am baru aku tido...(padahal gayut tepon pon 4 jam dah..haha)

so bgn pg td sgt laa lewat..huhu...smpai sum1 call kejut pon aku tak sedar2 lgsung..huhu

then... kul 9am smbung stdy CG lg...

pastu kul 11.30 aku ade kelas Takaful... (lewat kua bilik. so tpakse naek cab..huh tk pasal2 abis RM3.20!)

hmm pas kelas Takaful aku g lunch ngn cik wawa n cik ieyla... huh duit da abihs bayar tambang..so tepaksa le utang ngn cik ieyla dlu...(ieyla.. nti aku bayo ye..hehe...btw thanks)

hmmm lepass pewoot da kenyang ktorg lepak tepi lab..kunun2 study laa kan..hehe

then kul 3.30 masuk kelas.. n quiz pon bermula... alhamdulillah sumenye ok...

kelas abis kul 5... aku belom abihs claz lg nih.. hehe.. kelas cooking ler plak... aduhh penat nye =(

tp actually kelas cooking la kelas peveret aku..hehe

kelas ari ni lame ckit coz cikgu nk cover claz yg last week(cuti thaipusam)

so.. ari ni kami semua blajo masak beef stew with butter rice... wahhh syedappp!!

then bermula la sesi masak memasak... tp syg le lupa nk bwk cik casio (my pinky camera..hehe)

takpe la... aku rase nk kongsi laa resepi yg aku bru blajo ari ni ni... sedapp taw... kalo rajin2 nnti cube le ye..hehe

so ni laa bahan2 nye:
daging lembu (sirloin) 300g - potong cube
carrot 1 btg - potong cube
saleri 1 btg - potong cube
ubi kentang 3 biji - potong cube
bawang bombay 2 biji - potong cube jgk hehe
daun bay 2-3 helai
black n white paper
butter (1/2)
tomato puri
tomato ocase
*(boil air lam piyuk smpai mendidih..msukkn oil lam suku senduk + salt 1 sudu kecik + tomato 2 biji..msk smpi kulit tomato tu terkopek.. then angkat.. buang kulit tomato tu ngn sume isi dlm die.. pastu cincang2 ckit)
brown floor
*(masak tepung lam kuali until die brown ckit)

cara2:

• first skali goreng daging lembu tu tp minyak ckitttttt je... make sure kuali betul2 panas berasap coz menurut kata cikgu aku... kt kene wat camtu tuk mengelakkn air dgg kua.. nnti tk best.. so bile agak dging tu dh brown angkat ye.. kiranye half cook la ni
• second.. panaskn kuali..masukkn butter..msukkn bawang td.. goreng smpai layu skit... pastu masukkn plak carrot ngn saleri, daging, tomato ocase, daun bay, black paper n white paper..tk lupe jgk brown floor yg dicampur ngn air..(ala wat mcm corn floor jgk ler)
• pastu slow kn api.. tunggu smpai mendidih n kuah tu jadi likat.. kalo perlu tmbah air..tambah le ye..
• lepas tu masuk kn plak ubi kentang td..masak smpai empuk..n last skali masuk le garam....
• ermmm nyam2 sedia dimamam..hehe

lagu ni actually lagu CINDAI.. tapi dh ditranslatekn lam bahasa cina...
